On-Line Purchasing
You can order items and pay for them by using phone, fax or by emailing us the order (no credit card details please). Confirmation of availability will be provided by return fax or email.

Payment:
for any On-line purchase maybe made by credit card. Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard are all accepted. You can then phone through your credit card details. Please quote your card type, card holder number, expiry date and cardholders name and artworks will be dispatched once the transaction has been approved. (Credit Card details are not kept after transactions have been made.)

Freight
Domestic: Waringarri Aboriginal Arts aims to provide the most efficient and economical method of forwarding your purchase. All consignments are forwarded stretched on the frame ready for hanging when the artwork arrives. The artworks are securely packed and are insured during transit.Registered Australia Post road and airfreight are used. The cost of freight is additional to the cost of the artwork. Generally consignments are received in no more than 5 -10 working days from date of dispatch. bShould you have any concerns regarding the delivery of your consignment please contact us by phone or email.
International: Waringarri Aboriginal Arts aims to provide the most economical and efficient method of forwarding your purchase. All consignments are forwarded stretched on the frame ready for hanging when the artwork arrives. The artworks are forwarded securely packed and are insured during transit. Registered Australia Post air service and TNT Express freight services are used.

Customs
charges may be levied against the purchase price when a consignment reaches your country. Waringarri Aboriginal Arts is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates of charges that maybe levied. Your local customs office should be able to provide this information.

Returns, Refunds and Warranties
Returns: may be made within seven days of receipt of your purchased artwork. Please contact Waringarri Aboriginal Arts by phone fax or email explaining your reasons for return of purchase. Art work should then be returned in its original condition, packed in original packing or the same - including tissue wrap, bubble wrap and cardboard boxing. We recommend that you also insure the artwork since the return of an item is at your risk until receipt by Waringarri Aboriginal Arts. Include your receipt with purchase and forward to:

Refunds: You will be notified by phone or email of your refund once the returned artwork has been received. Freight costs will only be refunded if the return is as a result of an error by Waringarri Aboriginal Arts.

Warranty: Waringarri Aboriginal Arts undertakes to provide the supply of artworks of merchantable quality fitting the description on our website with the acceptable differences between the original artwork and the reproduced version of the artwork at the time of purchase. All other warranties, guarantees, representations or other assurances implied or imposed by law and statute are hereby negated and excluded to the fullest extent possible at law and under statute. In any event liability shall be limited to the replacement of goods in question of the refund of the cost of those goods.
